Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Timeline: Refund requests will be processed within 10-14 working days.
Refund Method: If you paid through Razorpay, refunds will be issued through Razorpay. For other payment methods, refunds will be processed as per the agreement.
Webinar Cancellation: Once a payment is made for a webinar, cancellations are not allowed. If you choose not to attend, no refund will be issued. No refunds will be provided, even if a cancellation is made through Zoho Webinar.
Refunds for Delivered Services: Refunds for services will be evaluated based on the work completed. Any advance paid by the client is refundable only for the work that has not been completed, as outlined in the individual project contract. Clients are responsible for payment for work already delivered, as per the terms of the contract. In case of any discrepancies, the terms of the specific contract will hold higher authority than this policy.
